NID Entrance Exam 2026- Eligibility

B.Des

Candidates who have finished or appeared for the 10+2 examination in any field (Science, Arts, Commerce, Humanities, etc.) from a recognized board such as CBSE, IB, ICSE, or its equivalent are eligible for NID DAT 2026.

M.Des

Bachelor's degree of at least 4 years in any specialization, obtained after or equivalent to 12th grade from any institution or institute recognized by law in India.

OR

A full-time diploma of at least 4 years duration in Design/Fine Arts/Applied Arts/Architecture, following 12th grade, or equivalent to 12th grade.

OR

A bachelor's degree of at least three years in any specialization after completing 12th grade or equivalent to the 12th grade.
