MIT Institute of Design (MITID) was established in 2006 under the affiliation of MIT Art, Design and Technology University. Located in Loni, Pune, the award-winning campus spans over 100 acres of greenery. MIT Institute of Design offers B.Des & M.Des programs in Art, Design, and Technology through industry-focused programs. Applicants shortlisted through the Design Entrance Test (DET) are to appear studio test & personal interview. The college offers study abroad programs with partnered universities across the globe.

MIT 2025 Admission Process

Phase 1: MIT DET (Design Entrance Test) for Bachelor of Design (B.Des) & Master of Design (M.Des) programs are conducted in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopa, Chandigarh, Chennai. Cochin, Kochi, Delhi, Goa, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune.

Phase 2: Studio Test and Personal Interview- Shortlisted candidates will appear for 2^nd phase conducted at MIT-ID campus, Pune. Selected applicants can join any of the programs available in MIT Institute of Design Pune, Avantika University Ujjain & MIT University Shillong
