MIT Institute of Design

MITID Indore - Avantika University, an MIT Pune campus, is India’s first Design Centered University, driven by the spirit of Design Thinking. It provides a unique academic model which blends Design, Technology, and Economics disciplines. MIT Avantika University offers B.Des & M.Des programs in digital design, product design & visual design at their Indore campus. Applicants can apply by writing the MIT Design Entrance Test (MIT DET), shortlisted candidates will be required to participate in a studio test and personal interview round. Students can apply to all MIT campuses with the MIT DET results. MIT Avantika university also offers a MIT Design Scholarship Test (MIT DST). All students can apply for the scholarship.

MIT Admission Process

Phase 1: All students are required to write the DET (Design Entrance Test) which is conducted in an online format, the DET results can be used to apply to MIT Pune & Indore. Students can also apply for the DST (Design Scholarship Test) to avail fee discounts. This is exclusive for MIT Avantika University.

Phase 2: Studio Test and Personal Interview- Shortlisted candidates will appear for 2^nd phase conducted at MIT Avantika campus, Indore.
